J. Milton owns the luxury rentals Yacht club in Sunny Isles Beach; the empty Monaco motel on Collins that will give way to a new condo. He has a rental on the bay in Midtown and has sold out the residential complex called Blue Lagoon. He is also the builder behind 163rd St, St Tropez and is about to remove the last crane at the site of Parque Towers, two luxury residential buildings.
Developer J. Milton & Associates are planning a rental project called The Arts Luxury City Rentals, according to a sign recently installed at the property. The project is planned on a lot owned by the developer at 38 NE 17 St. It has nearly an acre of land and most of a city block. J. Milton paid $7.3 million for the property in 2015. Over 1,200 units are already under construction within a block.
Across the street, 513 units are under construction at the Canvas condo site. One block away, Melo Group has 710 rental units under construction at the Square Station project.
