    17,7 Acre Site to be Redeveloped in North Miami Beach

    This land has been a reason for a litigation, or threats of one, due to one of the realtors claiming commission a few years ago. Now the developer is seeking partners to move forward at the build up of the 15780 West Dixie Hwy, former Teco Gas lot, that has weird slice of cheese shape. Moore 77 LLC, managed by Jacob Elharar, paid $17 million in June 2014 for it. The new zoning allows for 2,300 residential units and 2.5 million square feet of commercial with heights of up to 20 stories in the district the site resides in. Alleguez Architecture are working on the first phase that will include a school and a few four story residential buildings on the west side of the property.
    One can only wonder when they will actually remove those stinky gas pumps that poison our area all the way up to Bal Harbour – I am sure the new residents will get the spice of it very quickly…

    In Miami bling and brand is BIG. The whole world is here, and most of the world loves to show off. That’s why the Fendi idea got sold out anywhere between $6,300,000 to $25 million for the residence. With only 58 units in a 12 story building, this project is a definite success! The hope is that this time, the CO will get received timely and closings start pouring in ASAP. The Chateau Beach in Sunny Isles Beach is still closing off after a year delay due to some boiler explosion.
