    Jungle Island take over by the Luxembourg firm?

    The deliberate revival of Jungle Island cleared its remaining political hurdle Tuesday, as Miami-Dade commissioners endorsed transferring a failed hiring program and unpaid county loans to the brand new house owners of the luxurious vacationer attraction situated between downtown Miami and South Seashore.

    Longtime proprietor Bern Levine and companions are promoting the Jungle Island amenities and lease on Miami’s waterfront land to an actual property fund in Aventura, ESJ Capital with offices in Luembourg. The personal transaction required native approval due to the federal government help lent to the theme park, as soon as generally known as Parrot Jungle, throughout its transfer from Pinecrest to Miami’s Watson Island in 2003.
    Now we could only hope the drastic changes will follow and the area will get some revival and improvements whether with built out around marina or overall redo of the whole island to make it more paradise like!
