Andrey Rossin Realty’s real estate brokerage offices are owned and operated by franchisees who are independent businessmen and businesswomen. This Notice does not apply to the privacy practices of Andrey Rossin Realty real estate brokers or their sales associates or to any websites or mobile applications they may independently operate. Information We Collect
When you access our websites or use our mobile applications (“Online Services”), contact us, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, “Services”), we collect personal information about you. Personal information is information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include information where the identity has been removed (anonymous data). - When you contact us: When you contact us with questions about our Services, our business, or other matters, we will use any personal information you provided us, including, for example, your name, email, and phone to resolve your request or answer your questions, or to provide additional information related to your inquiry. We may place you on our marketing list for information related to your inquiry or which we otherwise believe would be of interest to you, and we may otherwise use your personal information as described in this Notice. You will always have the opportunity to opt out of receiving communications from us by following the instructions provided in our communication.
